Ravi Chaudhary

Hi, I’m Ravi Chaudhary.

I’m a fullstack software engineer in Noida. I’ve spent the last five years building developer tools and trading software, mostly in Go, Python, Node.js and React.

Most recently at TestMu AI (formerly LambdaTest), I built an AI accessibility engine, shipped offline mode for real iOS and Android devices, and moved slow MySQL queries over to OpenSearch. Before that I spent almost three years at LCX, a crypto exchange, where I built the trading screen from scratch.

Doodle of Ravi Chaudhary with handwritten notes pointing at him: engineer by profession, explorer by choice; commits code, summits mountains; living life one trip (and one commit) at a time; best ideas come above 2,000 m; fuelled by coffee & curiosity; turns 'works on my machine' into 'works everywhere'.

Work

A few things I built at TestMu AI and LCX.

    AI Accessibility Engine

A scanner can tell an image has alt text, not whether the text describes it. This engine uses GPT for five rules like that, and suggests a fix for each.

Also shipped

  • Accessibility scan scheduling

Recurring scans with login flows, tunnels and sitemaps up to 10K URLs. It runs 1K+ scans a month.

  • OpenSearch-backed listing API

Moved the test-session listing off unindexed MySQL scans and onto OpenSearch, so it stays fast as data grows.

  • macOS VoiceOver in remote sessions

Got 14 shortcut families working by injecting system events inside the Mac VM.

  • Native mobile accessibility SDKs

Two SDKs that bring accessibility testing to native apps, with VoiceOver and TalkBack automation.

  • Platform-wide dark mode

Built on my own. 10+ apps and 15+ SDKs use the theme tokens.

  • KYC onboarding & ops automation

KYC with sanctions screening, plus scheduled jobs that saved 15+ engineering hours a week.

Frontend Platform Engineering reference

A single-page reference I put together on what a frontend platform engineer needs to reason about: web protocols, security, performance, bundling, testing and operations. Each topic covers what it is, an example, the trade-offs and the follow-up questions.
